An original Model C3 Kandya Jason Chair by Carl Jacobs c.1954 in excellent condition. A beautiful example of early mid-century domestic furniture.

The Jason chair was designed by Danish designer Carl Jacobs but was manufactured by the British firm Kandya. Lightweight and stackable, the seat and back of the chair are folded from a single sheet of flexible plywood that wraps around the chair and joins below the seat.

Bent beech ply on steel legs.
